Following your initial inquiry, a personal helicopter charter expert will be assigned to you, providing you with a range of estimates from which to pick. Each helicopter quotation will describe the aircraft, airports, and factors that went into their selection. If you decide to move forward, they will reserve the aircraft and email you all the information you need to prepare for your helicopter journey, including terminal directions. You will have access to your account manager around-the-clock for any questions.

Helicopter charters provide a level of freedom not frequently available with fixed-wing aircraft. They are adaptable and suited for traveling to challenging or impossible locations with other aircraft because of their ability to land and take off in confined spaces. However, several things need to be considered, such as whether an over-water approach is possible or the time of day you want to land or take off. A site assessment may occasionally be necessary to ascertain if a given place for landing or takeoff may be allowed.

Your chosen aircraft hold capacity will be disclosed to you, and you can upgrade if you need more room. It heavily relies on the helicopter's carrying capacity and the number of passengers on board. However, you can access the whole passenger helicopter's baggage capacity as a private passenger. Our team will provide specific weight and size limitations based on your selected helicopter model.
