- Rudra Abhishek Puja at Kedarnath ji – INR 7,500 for 05 people. The total amount has to be paid in cash to our representative at Dehradun so that we can arrange and book the Puja in advance on behalf of each passenger.
Arrangements for Rudra Abhishek puja will be made subject to the availability of rooms at Kedarnath-Top, as passengers will have to stay there overnight. Therefore, the additional charges towards the hotel stay will be extra chargeable.
Note – Rudra Abhishek Puja will not be included in our package or billing cost since the total amount for the same goes directly to Kedarnath ji Mandir Sarni ti.
Disclaimer – Accommodation at Kedarnath-top is a budget category, and complaints regarding the hotel services & rooms can occur. Furthermore, the temperature at Kedarnath-top may drop to sub-zero levels at night in Sep/Oct; therefore, passengers are advised to consider the same.

GUIDELINES FOR PASSENGERS OF CHAR DHAM YATRA
❖ There is minimal space for luggage in the Helicopter. Only 5kgs luggage per passenger will be permitted.
❖ Passengers should carry only handbags as suitcases cannot be kept in the Helicopter
❖ All temples in Char Dham are located in high-altitude areas. Passengers having asthma problems should not undertake this yatra
❖ All passengers undertaking this yatra should be medically and physically fit.
❖ Passengers are advised to carry a small oxygen bottle with them as a precaution. It is available locally at all medical shops
❖ Although day temperatures at these locations are average, it becomes cold at night, so passengers must carry woollen clothes.
❖ All passengers are advised to carry their medication
❖ The company shall not be liable for any medical emergency on the ground to the party, thus advised guests to get a fitness certificate from a doctor to travel to the high altitude sector.
❖ Weighing at the time of boarding the Helicopter is a must since the pilot will not allow boarding if it exceeds the weight conveyed at the time of booking & we reserve the right to shuffle passengers to manage the correct weight of helicopters for safe flying in the hills.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR CHAR DHAM YATRA
❖ The quality of accommodation available at Yamunotri and Kedarnath Upper is just above average, so passengers should not have high expectations. However, the accommodation standard is three stars at Harsil, Guptkashi, and Badrinath.
❖ Only 5 Kg baggage per passenger will be permitted. Passengers are advised not to carry big suitcases as the Helicopter has little baggage space. Passengers bringing excess baggage might not be allowed to take the same in the Helicopter by the pilot.
❖ Children above the age of 2 years will be considered full tickets.
❖ There is no provision of concession to children or senior citizens.
❖ Total passenger weight should not exceed -400 kg for 5 PAX /450 for 6 PAX. Beyond the said weight limit, the flight won’t be able to take off, and your journey will be cancelled effective immediately (you need to provide us with the correct & exact weight to avoid such a situation.
❖ The Char Dham Yatra booking has to be done in advance with a deposit of 50% of the
charter amount, and the balance amount must be deposited 14 days before the journey date; otherwise, the booking is cancelled without any refund.
❖ In case the journey is not finished within the stipulated time and passengers cannot visit one or more Dhams due to wrong weather conditions/ technical reasons. The Company will try to visit all places within the stipulated time. However, if this is not possible, then the Company’s liability will be limited to the refund of unutilized sector/s.
❖ Rescheduling of booking to the subsequent date will be done subject to availability and on payment of 10% of the cost. This will be permitted only if applied seven days before the journey date. If the rescheduling is requested within less than seven days of the journey, then the booking will be treated as cancelled, and a new booking will be given, subject to availability.
❖ The Company reserves the right, without assigning any reason, to
cancel, advance, reschedule, over-fly, or delay the commencement or continuance of the flight. Without incurring any liability in damages or otherwise to the passengers or any other person on any ground whatsoever. The Company reserves the right to refuse to carry any person it considers unfit for travel or what, in the Company’s opinion, may constitute a risk to the aircraft or the persons on board.
❖ BAD WEATHER SITUATION: If you are stuck in a bad weather situation any day out of the 05 days, we will still try to finish the darshan the next day. If we cannot visit any Dham of the Char Dham Yatra due to bad weather, we will refund the amount of money. This means that if, due to any reason, we are unable to do 02 Dhams, then we will refund the amount acc. to flying time.
A 5% service charge will be applicable in case of cancellation due to any reason/Bad weather.
If passengers wish to cancel their Char Dham Yatra booking, then they will have to pay the following cancellation charges
❖ Up to 30 days before the journey -30% of the amount
❖ Up to 20 Days before the journey -50% of the amount
❖ Up to 10 Days before the journey –No Refund

The Company will not be held liable for any loss incurred by Guests, such as missed flight/train tickets, accommodations, taxis,s, etc. In case the flight is disturbed due to weather /technical snag etc. Safe Fly will try to meet all its obligations to the best of its ability, but some things are beyond our control.
Safe Fly Aviation & its agents/broker/staff/crew shall not be responsible for any delays & alterations in the program or expenses incurred – directly or indirectly – due to natural hazards, flight cancellations, accidents, breakdown of Helicopter or equipment, breakdown of transport, weather, sickness, landslides, political closures or any untoward incidents at Char Dham Yatra.
Char Dham Yatra Helicopter Charter and Do Dham Helicopter Charter services for 2025 are proposed for May. Starting dates will be finalized by March 2025 due to weather conditions in the hills. Helicopters for Yatra will be available from the Dehradun Sahestradhara helipad for Gangotri Yamnotri, Kedarnath, and Badrinath temples. We also offer air charter service on aircraft from Delhi IGI airport to Jolly Grant Airport Dehradun.
